Golf Carts – 3 years warranty
All other electric vehicles 2 years warranty
The warranty covers any faulty parts and labour to remedy fault during period of warranty, including batteries
(but subject to battery maintenance).
All warranty claims must be approved by Hurricane Products before work is carried out.
Warranty Terms and Exclusion
The vehicle must be serviced and checked as per service chart on operation manual.
These are daily and weekly checks.
Excluded from Warranty
Normal service and maintenance work
Normal wear and tear items eg tyres, brake shoes
Damage caused by improper loading
Damage caused by improper operation
Damage caused by accidents, fire, theft, chemicals
Damage caused by non genuine parts and accessories used
Buyers responsibility and obligation
The Buyer should operate and maintain the vehicle as per the user manual.
