We have in place warranty procedures for all of our products and our company stands behind our products. We visit the factories at least once a year to review their quality procedures and to discuss new models being released. We know that personal contact with our manufacturers builds a strong relationship that benefits us all.
We have 30 years experience of being in business in New Plymouth and realize that our customers are No 1.

Robyn has been in business in New Plymouth for 25 years, therefore realizes the expectations
of business people.
She has a passion for delivering outstanding service and a real interest in your business. Robyn’s strengths include her highly developed people skills and her very high work ethics. Robyn was awarded the “Off The Planet Significant Women Award” in the Taranaki Business Awards in 1999. An achievement in the past 3 years has been the setting up of two successful multi-million dollar investments in China for New Zealanders. Robyn has received an Honorary citizenship award from the Mayor of Haimen in honour of the relationship built between them.
Robyn enjoys travel and when visiting the factories in China always chooses a place not visited before in China to discover. The last trip involved walking the Tiger Leaping Gorge which was a 3 day walk at 3,500m. Robyn enjoys tramping, the outdoors, swimming and taking her dog “Loui” for long beach walks.
In the weekends she loves entertaining and enjoys having dinner parties for friends and family. Robyn also loves stage shows and attending the many live concerts at the Bowl which New Plymouth is famous for.

Sunny is Chinese and has been living in NZ for 8 years and is now a NZ citizen. Sunny is highly influential on a national level in China having affiliations with the Haimen Mayor and city council.
Sunny has worked in public relations in China and is the interpreter for the Mayor and NP City Council. Sunny is the legal representative for Nanton Xin Sheng Logistic Centre and she has a sophisticated understanding of the exporting regulations. Sunny has an incredible energy for sourcing of quality products in China with quality being the key word.
Sunny loves living in New Plymouth and now has her Dad, Step-Mum and their daughter XinXin living here. Sunny is very involved with the Chinese community in New Plymouth and helps a lot with translations and teaching Chinese immigrants how to adjust to their new life. Since being in New Plymouth Sunny has learnt to drive, swim and has embraced the kiwi lifestyle with enthusiasm. Sunny and her partner Don often travel to different places in NZ with Sunny’s Dad as they love exploring different areas of NZ.

Jeff has been in business in Taranaki for 30 years. Jeff’s experience in the retail and service industry gives him an understanding for what you our customers requirements are. He has been involved in the Taranaki Motorcycle Club, being president for 5 years, and involved in the MTA (Motor Trade Association) at local and national level as a member of the motorcycle division.
Jeff is active in the local squash club, plays touch rugby in summer, enjoys, fishing, rugby, and tramping, especially in foreign countries and the walks on the beach with the dog “Loui”.
Jeff will be marketing all our products and supporting our dealer network. Jeff’s strength is in the support he gives our dealer network enabling them to exceed in their service of our products to you. He is also highly regarded by our existing client base eg New Plymouth City Council who purchased 2 Hurricane electric Vehicles last year.

David is a NZ Registered Electrician and owned and operated his own Home Appliance and Electrical repair company for 11yrs.
On selling this business he commenced work with a major Home Appliance Co as Technical Training Manager and later as a Field Technical Representative.
His experience includes Retail Sales Training and Commercial Sales,travelling Nationally and
Internationally in these positions.
David is passionate about the product he sells and is proud to be associated
with Hurricanes quality products.

Linda Couch
Linda has been involved in administration for companies for 35 years. Linda has had experience as Accounts Manager for a major oil industry and software support person for an accountancy company. Linda enjoys the discipline needed to keep excellent records of accountancy and enjoys working with a small company.
Linda is Chairperson for the SPCA in New Plymouth and is actively involved in all aspects of the running of this worthwhile group. Her husband Don, is currently setting up a luxury dog kennel on their lifestyle block which she is looking forward to walking and playing with the dogs at night.
Li Xin has been involved in the commerce industry in China for 15 years and in the export
industry for 5 years.
Li Xin is a very well respected business person in Haimen and has developed 4 hectares at the mouth of the Yangtze river is Logistic centre. Li Xin’s business is our partner in freight.

freight industry in China for fifteen years. Xio has contacts with many factories
in China and sources high quality products for us.
